Start Small With a Pilot Cohort
Choose a slice of the organization where collaboration pain is felt but solvable. Define two or three concrete outcomes and a short timeline. Provide hands-on support, clear templates, and a shared calendar of rituals. Observe what participants actually do, not what they promise. Capture stories, blockers, and unexpected delights. When the pilot ends, deliver a crisp narrative: what worked, what changed, and what you will try next. Success becomes contagious when it is specific and replicable.
